About us

Andreas Clemens and his wife Tanja have taken over the estate from their parents Werner and Hildegard Clemens since 2017. After apprenticeship as a winemaker on Blankenhornsberg and Gerhard Aldinger, Andreas studied viticulture and oenology in Geisenheim. During the semester break he worked time and again in wineries in the Languedoc / southern France. He has been working in his parents' company since 2004.

Tanja worked as a florist and has been deeply involved in wine since her wedding with courses from the wine-growing school for career changers and training as a quality wine inspector at the Chamber of Agriculture.

Today Andreas is responsible for the winery and Tanja for the guest house. Both share the wine sales and welcome guests in the vinotheque.
